Erm & Nickname's self-titled follow up to their 2015 debut on Arachnidiscs Recordings 'Woodland Ritual', is a more traditional album set of highly personal and cathartic songs. There are noticeable 1970's psychedelic, folk and left field rock influences throughout, and although improvisation still plays a big part, the arrangements are built more into fully formed songs.

The release essentially consists of two albums, 'Erm & Nickname' and it's companion piece 'Erm & Nickname Friends' which is a collection of remixes, cover versions and reinterpretations of the original source material, generously produced by some wonderfully talented friends of Erm, Nickname and Third Kind.
